Just Be You is a youth-led peer program that provides social recreation, peer-support and service connections for ages 15 – 25 who are experiencing mental health, substance and/or addictions issues.
Pull up a virtual chair in the Games Room and explore fun, interactive team-building games in a virtual setting. Games currently offered include: Lost At Sea, Online trivia (Music, TV Shows, History, Science), Virtual Bingo.
(Bi-weekly rotation of Lit-Grit and Creative Writing) Dive into our relationship with reading and writing as we review an assortment of literature and explore writing with provided prompts. Materials needed: paper and something with which to write.
