Just Be You is our Peer-led and youth-focused peer program that provides young people ages 15-25 living with mental health, substance and/or addiction issues a place to go, hang out, and have fun—without judgment, without stigma—on their terms. It allows young people to just be youth. While doing that they also learn coping and resiliency skills, make social connections, and learn about resources.
Currently our Just Be You program is offered virtually through Zoom every Friday night between 7pm-10pm. Whether it is arts, games, writing, peer chat, or other fun activities and learning, young people will have the opportunity to feel safe and connected with their peers.
