Our free, drop-in, virtual social connection opportunities are open to anyone aged 16 and older. Join us whenever you’d like. No registration or commitment required.

Community Resource and Wellness Series.  This wellness-based peer-led webinar series is about creating and supporting meaningful engagement and connection with peers within the Halton Region and throughout Ontario through our virtual peer group programing.  Our Community Resource and Wellness Series offers an opportunity to learn about resources available in the community.

Creative Writing

Note: this group runs bi-weekly
Join us as we explore our creativity while we engage in using creative writing prompts within our group spaces.

Materials needed: Paper and something with which to write.

Every other Monday from 1:30 until 2:30 pm

Social Room

Pull up a chair in our virtual café for fun, interactive team-building games and cafe-style conversation through topics such as Pop Culture, Improv activities that exercise our quick thinking skills, and revisiting trends and events “Through the Decades”.

Our Virtual Waiting Room

Our virtual waiting room opens 15 minutes before the session begins, and our groups will start on time. Please be aware that our Social Connections programs may not necessarily run exactly to the moment. The group may wrap up a little early, or run a little later depending on the needs of the group each session.
