Our free, drop-in, virtual social connection opportunities are open to anyone aged 16 and older. Join us whenever you’d like. No registration or commitment required.

NEW!  Community Resource and Wellness Series.  This wellness-based peer-led webinar series is about creating and supporting meaningful engagement and connection with peers within the Halton Region and throughout Ontario through our virtual peer group programing.  Our Community Resource and Wellness Series offers an opportunity to learn about resources available in the community.

December 19th from 5:30 – 6:30 pm we welcome Toronto Sound Therapy!  Come learn with us as Musician and Integrative Vibrational Practitioner Phil Jacobs, and his business partner, sound healer & breathwork teacher, Bethany introduce us to the benefits of sound therapy and facilitate a virtual sound bath for all attendees.

Come and join us as we delve into the wonderful world of written works! The only thing you need to bring is yourself. Any reading materials will be provided to you. We will use a variety of ways to explore our relationship with reading as we review a vast assortment of literature.  Check out our  our Lit Grit Session Planner for this week’s topic!

The Sharing Circle

Make connections in your community as we engage in a variety of activities and discussions. Whether its art & culture; intriguing group conversations on topics like outer space or sustainable living; or a lively chat with fellow participants in our Centre Cafe, The Sharing Circle has something for everyone!

Creative Writing

The Games Room

Pull up a virtual chair in the Games Room and explore fun, interactive team-building games in a virtual setting. Games currently offered include: Lost At Sea, Online trivia (Music, TV Shows, History, Science), Virtual Bingo.

Our Virtual Waiting Room

Our virtual waiting room opens 15 minutes before the session begins, and our groups will start on time. Please be aware that our Social Connections programs may not necessarily run exactly to the moment. The group may wrap up a little early, or run a little later depending on the needs of the group each session.
