Examining the different barriers that might impact someone's stability allows us to offer a more holistic health care model.

The population that we're working with face real challenges everyday that impede them from accessing health care. We should all be able to have equitable access to health care, but we don't.

Having an interdisciplinary team that is comprised of different individuals with different specialties really helps provide care to individuals from a holistic lens.

Safe, affordable, and inclusive housing improves health and social outcomes. We need to break down the idea that there are deserving and undeserving people.

Peer Support is the support between people who share a common experience such as mental health or substance use/addiction concerns.

We provide life-sustaining and life-preserving supports for people. It’s about walking alongside a journey with someone through all the ups and downs of their lives.
