Being a change champion. Exploring the ethics and boundaries related to professional peer work. Tools and resources for providing peer support in organizational settings.
Intended Outcomes: Build confidence in championing and providing values-based peer support in any setting. Feel rooted to the peer work movement focused on championing person-directed healthcare. Understand ethical considerations related to the role of peer support work.
Please note, by invitation only. Only 20 tickets available. This is NOT a foundational peer support worker training. It is intended for peer support workers working in mainstream health care organizations. This training goes from 9 am until 4:30 pm. Breaks will be provided. You must be in attendance for the full day to receive a certificate of completion.
